Warm, sunny days are finally upon us and I don’t know about you, but I could not be happier! After another long winter, and another calving season under our belt, I thought it would be appropriate to share with you, for my very first Emanate Joy Project piece — The Sunny Cow.
When the sun is setting and you pull up in your farm truck with the windows rolled down, to take a look at your heard, there is nothing more peaceful then to sit back, watch and listen as the girls graze slowly and steadily by your side.
It’s a moment of pure serenity, and joy. I hope this piece manages to emanate that feeling.
This photo was taken about a year ago, and to my surprise turned out to be Peanut’s mom! If you would like to know who Peanut is, feel free to subscribe to my blog, as I believe he may be my next piece 😉
I hope you enjoy this bright, sunny pastel painting.
Hugs,
Emily
Ps. If you’d like to get your hands on a copy of this piece, high quality prints are available at Fine Art America.
